The clever green heron drops twigs into the water to lure fish. A bird seemingly existing more as rubber than flesh, its stocky body perches on ungainly bright yellow legs until it is time to stretch itself down in a gravity defying plunge, morphing into a sharp ended torpedo, the last thing that poor fish saw coming.
