Fast and Secure Delivery:
All printing and shipping is handled by The Print Space in London.
Prints will be shipped worldwide from their UK or Germany studios depending on their location.
Standard Flat Rate worldwide shipping is free of charge and typically takes 5-10 working days depending on your location. Please note that while shipping is free of charge, you will be responsible for any local tax duties.
Prints are shipped in either reinforced tube or crumple proof packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Delivery Time: Orders usually ship out within 72-hours of your purchase, and will usually arrive within 5-10 working days.
Estimated Average Shipping Times
- Europe: 3-5 Business Days
- USA & Canada: 7-9 Business Days
- Rest of the World: Up to 10 Business Days
COVID-19 Delays
Due to the current pandemic there may be a chance that your order takes slightly longer to arrive, up to 15 days for the longest delivery routes. Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to get the print sent out in the most safe and efficient manner possible. In the unfortunate event that you haven’t received your package after 15 days, please contact nvergallaphotos@gmail.com and we will investigate where your shipment is.
Sustainability Measures and Carbon Neutral Printing Process:
We are very proud to say that our prints are sustainably packaged and carbon neutral from end-to-end. This was only made possible by the amazing efforts of our print studio partners The Print Space UK, who have worked incredibly hard to carefully inspect every stage of their printing and shipping process. The materials used to produce your orders have been carefully selected to reduce our impact on the environment whilst still ensuring your orders get to you in perfect condition.
The Printing Process:
- Carbon neutral printing process by The Print Space UK
- Sustainably sourced Inkjet papers
- Paper tape made from 100% recycled fibers
- Recyclable packaging and envelopes
- Recyclable cardboard stiffeners to protect your print in transit
- Biodegradable bubble wrap
- 100% recycled polypropylene corner protectors
These fine art photos are printed on one of the most beautiful and high quality papers on the market, Hahnemühle Photo Rag®. The super matt finish helps to reduce glare/reflections when framed within glass, and the paper gives muted blacks and even color reproduction with excellent detail. The surface has minimal texture with chalky smooth cotton feel which creates smooth color gradients.
Certificates of Authenticity and Edition Numbers:
The entire print series has a limited edition quantity in each size. Once the prints ell out in each size and edition, they will never be available again.
Each print comes with a unique certificate of authenticity. It provides the name of the image, the edition number, production date and certificate number.
Secure Payment:
You can pay via PayPal and Shopify Credit Card Payments.
Both use a secure 256 bit encryption service and are 100% safe and secure.
If you’d like to pay directly with a credit card, Nicole Vergalla Photography is partnered with Shopify Payments. You’ll be directed to the following page to process the payment for your order.
Exchanges & Returns:
I am truly confident that you’ll love your print(s). They will uphold the test of time and become a statement piece for your home or office. Straight refunds are not accepted as these are limited edition prints, however, in the event that you’d like to exchange your print for a different one of equal value, you’ll have 15 days to contact us from the date of delivery to arrange the exchange. You’ll just need to cover the shipping charge. You will need to contact me at nvergallaphotos@gmail.com during that period.
The print tubes and packaging are extremely tough and are capable of surviving the roughest of shipping journeys, however in the rare event that your print arrives with any kind of damage, we will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge.
Just send an email with an image of the package, print and certificate of authenticity as well as the order number to nvergallaphotos@gmail.com and we will get the replacement arranged for you right away. We will happily cover the return shipping for any damage orders and the subsequent replacement print. Our goal is to make you 100% satisfied!
